We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, except where an exception under applicable law applies.

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at info@jatsey.shop.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, or you provide proof that it has been returned, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Where required by applicable law, any refundable standard delivery charges paid with the original order will also be refunded.
